Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience representing corporate trustees or agents in debt financing.
• Experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate debt, loans and collateralized loan obligation transactions.
• Strong financial, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills; ability to work independently with direct client contact.

Responsabilidades

• Involved in origination of structured finance transactions (ABS, RMBS, CLOs) and other asset-backed securities.
• Work on project finance, corporate bonds, and distressed transactions.
• Provide excellent client services.
