This contractor role requires a J.D., active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 2+ years in corporate M&A. You will collaborate with product and research teams on AI workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems
