You will handle corporate and transactional matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise clients on formation, governance, and compliance while gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a broad range of corporate, business, and transactional legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Support business formation, entity structuring, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance matters.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, business transactions, and related due diligence activities.
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable federal and Texas laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, agreements, and other documentation.
• Identify potential legal risks and assist in developing practical solutions to protect client interests.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas, including real estate, tax, estate planning, and litigation.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their business objectives and provide responsive legal support.
• Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Stay informed of developments in corporate and business law that may affect clients.
