Job summary

Kirton McConkie PC invites a corporate associate with 3+ years of transactional experience to join our Boise office. You will work directly with seasoned lawyers on sophisticated business, finance, and real estate matters, handling substantive drafting and transaction‑management tasks while engaging with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• At least three years of meaningful corporate or transactional experience.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate finance, private equity, or general corporate representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and related transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Advise clients regarding entity selection, formation, governance, reorganizations, and general corporate matters.
• Assist with corporate finance, private equity, tax‑sensitive deal structures, real estate investment entities, and real estate‑secured financings.
• Manage due diligence and closing processes, coordinate with other professionals, and communicate directly with clients and counterparties.
