Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate in its Corporate practice in San Antonio with 2-3 years of experience. The attorney will prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents and interact with clients in business negotiations.

A strong academic background is essential, and business development experience is a plus. The salary range posted is $190,000 - $215,000 annually for a full-time schedule, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate/transactional law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents.
• Ability to interact with clients and negotiate business terms.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents (formation, governance, operating, supply, purchase, compliance, M&A).
• Interact with clients and represent clients in negotiations of business transactions.
• Collaborate in a team environment to deliver transaction executions.
• Support business development efforts where applicable.
