Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 3–5 years of experience in business, corporate, or transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, managing communications and deliverables.
• Independently manage a caseload of business and corporate matters under partner supervision.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships characterized by responsiveness and trust.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare memoranda summarizing findings.
• Assist with structuring transactions and coordinating closing deliverables.
• Support senior attorneys in preparing for client meetings and transaction closings.
• Maintain accurate and timely billable hour records.
• Engage in business development and marketing initiatives.
