Job summary

Confidential Employer in South Bend, Indiana seeks a corporate/transactional attorney with 3+ years of experience to advise businesses on formation, contracts, transactions, acquisitions, financing, and general counsel matters.

Hybrid flexibility after training is available. A J.D. is required, with Indiana license preferred or the ability to become licensed promptly, and portable business is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Indiana law license preferred, or ability to become licensed promptly.
• 3+ years of transactional, corporate, business law, contract, M&A, or related experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Real estate transactional experience is a plus.
• Portable business is welcome, but not required.

Location
