Job summary

McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP in Philadelphia seeks a corporate transactional attorney with 6+ years of experience handling banking and commercial transactions for financial institutions and other clients.

You will draft and negotiate loan documents and corporate agreements, coordinate complex multi-party transactions, provide business guidance on governance, and manage assignments to meet deadlines.

Residency in Pennsylvania and admission to the PA bar preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar

About This Position

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 6 years of experience handling banking and commercial transactions for the Firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Work will involve large contracts, regulatory matters, loan workouts, and general corporate issues for financial institutions and other clients of the Firm. Portable book of business preferred but not required.
