Duties

• Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Provide strategic guidance on various legal matters, managing them effectively from initiation to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to address complex legal challenges.
• Maintain high attention to detail and deliver high-quality, timely legal work.
• Uphold ethical standards and foster strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development efforts through collaborative and individual initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transactional work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
