  • Provide practical guidance on regulatory, governance, and commercial matters affecting client transactions.
  • Participate in client meetings and offer business-oriented legal advice.

Overview

A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Transactional Associate to join its Corporate and Transactional practice across major West Coast and Texas markets, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Dallas, Houston, and Austin.


The successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and corporate governance matters. This role provides meaningful deal experience, exposure to clients, and opportunities to work closely with senior attorneys on complex transactions.


This position is particularly well suited to a 3–5 year associate seeking hands‑on transactional experience in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.


What You’ll Do


  • Advise clients on corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, and ancillary corporate agreements.

About You
