Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer to support training, studio openings, and field coaching across our franchise system. This role suits a wellness leader who enjoys teaching, traveling, and building relationships to drive performance and operational excellence.

You will mentor teams, certify employees in the Stretch Zone Method, and provide ongoing education and sales coaching, helping studios grow and maintain brand standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of human anatomy and movement.
• Comfortable traveling frequently for work.
• Able to organize and run multi-studio training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practitioner training and certify new employees in the Stretch Zone Method.
• Travel to support new studio openings and ongoing education.
• Facilitate continuing education programs for staff and franchisees.
• Coach teams on sales, member experience, and service standards.
• Provide field support and operational guidance to studios.
• Serve as a brand ambassador representing Stretch Zone values.

This role is ideal for an experienced wellness professional and leader who enjoys teaching others, traveling, building relationships, and helping teams achieve performance and operational excellence.
