Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager – Corporate Tax to advise clients on ASC 740 reporting and collaborate with specialists in income tax accounting. You will liaise with clients and their accounting teams to ensure GAAP/IFRS reporting and drive tax planning opportunities.

Competenze

• CPA or equivalent credential required (JD/LLM/Masters in Taxation accepted).
• Enrolled Agent credential accepted in lieu of CPA.
• Minimum of five years of public accounting experience in tax planning or returns.
• Demonstrated experience with federal corporate tax returns (1120s), tax provision, ASC 740.

Mansioni

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships on tax engagements.
• Manage engagement workflow, resources, and billing.
• Collaborate with other practice units to provide industry knowledge to clients.
• Review engagement profitability and monthly billing for engagements.
• Review tax returns and advise on accuracy and tax savings opportunities.
• Research a wide range of tax issues and implications; communicate impacts to clients.
