Requirements:

1. Manage income tax function and tax compliance as well as provisions
2. Work with leadership on M&A activity
3. Prepare tax disclosures for financial reporting; assist with 3rd party audits
4. Review federal, state, local, and partnership returns
5. Supervise a team of direct reports
6. Work cross functionally with other teams; including accounting and finance to ensure proper tax compliance reporting
7. Monitor tax risks and ensure that exposure to such risk is minimized
8. Lead special projects working alongside C-Suite leaders
