The Corporate Tax Director is responsible for the overall tax strategy, planning, compliance and risk control of the company's headquarters and core business units to ensure that the company optimizes its tax burden on the basis of legality and compliance. This position requires close cooperation with the financial, legal, business and other teams to provide professional tax guidance for the company's business activities and support the company's financial stability and business expansion.
Main responsibilities:
1. Tax strategy and planning
Formulate and promote the implementation of the company's overall tax strategy and annual tax planning plan;
Conduct tax analysis and optimization design for corporate business models, transaction structures, etc.;
Study national and local tax policies, and put forward suggestions for obtaining and utilizing tax incentives;
Guide the tax arrangements and structure design of major projects (such as investment, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)
2. Tax compliance and declaration management
Coordinate the compliance declaration of various taxes of the company headquarters (value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, stamp duty, etc.);
Establish and optimize tax-related operating procedures and internal control standards;
Regularly review declaration data and vouchers to ensure the accuracy and compliance of declarations;
Lead the preparation and response of annual tax settlement, tax audits and special tax inspections.
Identify and evaluate tax-related risks in various businesses of the company, and establish corresponding early warning mechanisms;
Respond to audits and inquiries from tax authorities, and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve tax disputes;
Carry out tax health checks and continuously optimize the tax-related management system;
Conduct special analysis of the tax-related impacts of new businesses, new regions, and new institutional changes.
4. Collaboration and support
Provide professional advice and decision-making support from a tax perspective to the company's management;
Assist legal, human resources, procurement, sales and other departments in handling tax-related clauses in contracts, employee personal tax arrangements, supply chain tax planning and other matters;
Organize tax training and knowledge promotion to improve the company's overall tax compliance and tax saving awareness.
5. External relations and policy communication
Maintain good relations with tax authorities, tax firms, audit institutions, etc.;
Follow up the policy trends inside and outside the industry, participate in the feedback and communication of industry tax policies;
Coordinate third-party tax consultants to carry out special tax planning, due diligence, audit support and other services.
Job requirements:
Education requirements Bachelor degree or above, finance, taxation and other related majors; Master and tax accountant are preferred
Work experience More than 8 years of corporate tax management experience, more than 3 years of tax management experience, those with experience in large enterprises or listed companies are preferred
Professional ability Proficient in national and local major tax policies and declaration processes, familiar with the relationship between corporate business models and taxes; have good tax planning skills
Communication skills Good communication, cross-departmental collaboration and negotiation skills, can effectively coordinate business and management needs
Technical ability Proficient in financial systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.), Excel and tax management tools, those with tax digitalization experience are preferred
Strategy and risk awareness Have strategic thinking, forward-looking risk judgment and systematic problem-solving capabilities
