Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the southeastern U.S., is seeking a strategic Supply Chain leader to drive sourcing, procurement, and inventory planning across divisions.

The role focuses on optimizing raw materials, inbound logistics, and ERP-driven tracking, with travel regionally as needed. Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in supply chain with multi-site experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, civil engineering, or business.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 2+ years in multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Deep familiarity with PCI standards and heavy construction cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Support negotiations for company-wide master agreements for raw materials across divisions; manage supplier scorecards for quality, delivery performance, and cost variances; audit raw material receiving, storage, and issue to operations.
• Multi-Division Logistics for Inbound Material: Plan yard storage capacity and inventory buffers across divisions for just-in-time material delivery; resolve delivery issues with vendors and carriers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Operations & Inventory Planning: Support demand forecasting and production planning aligned with pours and erection schedules; ensure uniform IFS tracking across units; monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, freight cost per ton, and inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Support negotiations for company-wide master agreements for raw materials across all divisions.
• Manage supplier scorecards to track quality, delivery performance, and cost variances.
• Support / Audit raw material receiving, storage, and issue to operations for optimum efficiency across distinct product lines.

Multi-Division Logistics for Inbound Material

• Support planning for yard storage capacity and inventory buffers across divisions to support "just-in-time" material delivery.
• Resolve delivery issues by working with vendors and carriers for uninterrupted operations.

Operations & Inventory Planning

• Support demand forecasting and production planning aligned with operations pours and erection schedules
• Support uniform IFS (ERP/WMS) tracking procedures across all business units.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery rate, freight cost per ton, and inventory turnover.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or Business desired.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 2+ years managing multi-site or multi-division manufacturing operations (heavy industrial or building materials preferred).
• Deep familiarity with Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) standards and heavy construction cycles desired.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and logistics routing software.
• Contract negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally between manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
