Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Active Missouri bar admission required.
• Experience in collections, insurance recovery, or commercial claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two associates and manage a portfolio of recovery/subrogation cases.
• Oversee case resolution strategy and direct negotiations with carriers, counsel, and internal departments.
