Responsibilities
- Support the development of multi-year strategic plans at both enterprise and business unit levels
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Analyze internal performance data to derive key strategic insights and performance drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and prioritize strategic initiatives
- Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy within the Property & Casualty industry
- Experience supporting strategic planning cycles with the ability to distill insights into executive-ready deliverables
- Proven skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA completion is a plus
- Familiarity with multiple business lines within the Property and Casualty industry
- Strong business acumen with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Active participation in company culture initiatives (e.g., employee resource groups, volunteering)
