Responsibilities
  • Support the development of multi-year strategic plans at both enterprise and business unit levels
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze internal performance data to derive key strategic insights and performance drivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy within the Property & Casualty industry
  • Experience supporting strategic planning cycles with the ability to distill insights into executive-ready deliverables
  • Proven skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA completion is a plus
  • Familiarity with multiple business lines within the Property and Casualty industry
  • Strong business acumen with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
