What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the development of multi-year strategic plans at both enterprise and business unit levels
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy within the Property & Casualty industry
- Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning
- Proven skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers and executive leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience with multiple business lines within the Property and Casualty industry
- Familiarity with regulatory and competitive dynamics in the insurance industry
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
