Responsibilities
  • Support the development of multi-year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze internal performance data to derive key strategic insights and performance drivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Build executive-level presentations and materials for strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required

  • Experience in supporting strategic planning cycles and distilling insights into executive-ready deliverables
  • Proven skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience with multiple business lines within the Property and Casualty industry
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry’s regulatory and competitive dynamics
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
