Responsibilities
- Support the development of multi-year strategic plans at both enterprise and business unit levels
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Analyze internal performance data to derive key strategic insights and performance drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic priorities
- Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy within the Property & Casualty industry
- Experience supporting strategic planning cycles and distilling insights into executive-ready deliverables
- Proven skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with multiple business lines within the Property and Casualty industry
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing complex data sets
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
