Compensation: Base salary DOE + excellent commission package

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and manage talent pipelines across corporate functions including HR, administrative, and marketing roles
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and community outreach efforts to connect with a wide range of corporate professionals
• Help us expand our market in the Temple and surrounding area by leveraging local connections and community engagement
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Previous experience in staffing or recruiting
• A strong sense of urgency, drive to succeed, and a heart for connecting people with meaningful work
• Excellent communication skills to engage professionals across diverse roles and experience levels
• Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for relationship building
