Redwood Materials is seeking a full-time Security Specialist to monitor facilities, patrol grounds, and respond to incidents on rotating shifts. This role emphasizes on-site emergency response, access control, and timely reporting to maintain safe operations.

Founded in 2017,we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
Security Specialists operate under direct or general supervision during assigned shifts. Work is performed in accordance with established procedures, post orders, and supervisor direction.
Personnel are expected to carry out assigned duties, follow escalation protocols, and notify supervisors of incidents requiring higher-level decision-making. Performance is evaluated based on adherence to procedures, response effectiveness, and completion of assigned tasks.

The position is full‑time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
