GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in San Francisco. This role emphasizes customer service, visitor verification, and guiding guests in various high-traffic environments.

The position requires handling access control, patrols, incident response, and incident reporting, with a focus on protecting people and property while delivering excellent service. A HS diploma and valid work authorization are needed.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Corporate security experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone & computer skills
• State security license and 32hr BSIS trainings (can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests
• Manage access control for facilities
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule: Part-Time Swing/Grave Combo Shift (See shift details below)
• Wednesday-Thursday / 3:00pm-11:30pm & Friday / 11:00pm-7:30pm
