Job summary

CPS-NYC in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a professional Security Officer with commercial building experience to staff one of our locations. A valid NYS Security Guard license is required. Candidates should be very presentable, well spoken and willing to be part of a team.

Shift: M – F 8AM – 5PM. Responsibilities include meeting licensing requirements, maintaining logs and reports, providing high-quality customer service, and upholding a clean, corporate appearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State Security Guard license.
• New York State Training Certifications (16 HR OJT and/or 8 HR Annual).
• Computer knowledge including Windows, MS Word, and typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, corporate appearance.
