Job summary

Notion is looking for a Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve technical controls for workforce safety in their New York office. This role focuses on scalable security measures, particularly around identity management and endpoint security, ensuring that Notion’s corporate environment is both secure and easy to use.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in cloud-native companies, and a strong knowledge of major identity providers like Okta. Skills in Python for automation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security or IT security engineering.
• Knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
• Experience with endpoint security tooling across macOS.

Responsibilities

• Harden identity and access management stack with MFA and strong SSO.
• Run endpoint security program and manage different OS coverage.
• Automate security processes using Python and Terraform.

Skills

Corporate security experience

Identity provider knowledge (Okta, Google Workspace)

Scripting in Python or Bash
