The Role

As a Corporate Security Engineer at OnePay, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our security infrastructure. You will enhance security controls, develop strategic frameworks, and lead initiatives aligning security with business goals. Automation and self-service capabilities are essential to support our rapidly scaling environment. Security is integral to your tasks and decisions, making this role vital to our security posture.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage authentication policies and security settings for Okta and SaaS applications.
• Manage device integrations and MDM setups.
• Create and manage API tokens for application connectivity.
• Design and manage Okta workflows and tables.
• Oversee network security, including gateway IPs and geolocation-based zones.
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure management alongside Okta administration.
• Handle escalated tickets from MSP and operations teams.
• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot Okta issues.
• Support onboarding of vendors and address system integration challenges.
• Create custom roles and permissions, and support incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with a focus on security, access management, and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta administration and workflows.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with MDM, VDI, and endpoint security solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security and authentication standards.
• Proven project leadership, automation skills, and ability to improve security metrics.
• Ability to mentor, simplify technical concepts, and influence decisions.
