Location: Remote (United States)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (may require additional hours as needed)
Salary: Starting at $80,000+ comprehensive benefits (based on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Security Coordinator to provide key support to our corporate security function. This position will assist in managing personnel security processes, compliance requirements, and general security operations in alignment with federal standards. The ideal candidate has experience with security clearance procedures, regulatory compliance, and administrative support within a security or government-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support security clearance processing for both personnel and facilities.
  • Maintain and manage accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting compliance documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by security leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Active DOD Security Clearance.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with security-related program management, databases and web-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily remote work, with potential for occasional travel.
  • Standard office tasks, including extended computer use and lifting (up to 10 lbs).
