• Experience advising buyers, sellers, PE firms and investors on mergers & acquisitions and related transactions.
• Experience conducting due diligence and drafting/negotiating transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance.
• Manage deal processes from due diligence through closing.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and term sheets.
• Interact with clients and support senior lawyers on complex corporate matters.
