Qualifications

• 3–4 years of demonstrated experience with public companies on corporate, securities and transactional matters.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.
• Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise public companies on corporate, securities, disclosure and transactional matters.
• Collaborate with industry experts in a team-oriented environment.
• Support with capital markets offerings, SEC filings and compliance.
