Job summary

glassybaby LLC is seeking a detail-oriented seasonal part-time Fulfillment Associate in Redmond, WA. You will ensure corporate gifting and wholesale orders are packed accurately, shipped on time, and arrive in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill corporate gifting orders with custom packaging, branding inserts, gift messages, and multi-address shipments.
• Fulfill wholesale orders per retailer specifications.
• Pack orders carefully to protect product quality and presentation.
• Prepare and ship orders with labels, packing slips, and carrier pickups.
• Coordinate with Corporate Sales Manager and Wholesale Manager on order details and deadlines.
• Flag stock shortages and discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Receive, count, and shelve incoming inventory and packaging materials.
• Keep packing/shipping areas clean and stocked.
• Update order status in the order management system.
• Assist with returns, reships, and cycle counts; help during peak periods.

Description

During our busiest season, glassybaby needs a detail-oriented, dependable team member to support our corporate gifting and wholesale channels. You will be the person who makes sure every order is packed with care, shipped on time, and arrives looking exactly the way our customers expect. You will work directly with the Corporate Sales Manager and Wholesale Manager, so your accuracy and communication help protect relationships with some of our most important accounts. This position is seasonal part-time in Redmond, Washington.

Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Fulfill corporate gifting orders, including custom packaging, branded inserts, gift messages, and multi-address shipments.
• Fulfill wholesale orders, including picking, counting, and packing to each retailer's specifications.
• Pack orders carefully to protect product quality and presentation.
• Prepare and ship orders via parcel, including printing labels, creating packing slips, and scheduling carrier pickups.
• Work directly with the Corporate Sales Manager and Wholesale Manager to confirm order details, deadlines, special requests, and shipping instructions.
• Flag stock shortages, damaged goods, or order discrepancies to the right manager quickly.
• Perform quality checks on every order for accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
• Receive, count, and shelve incoming inventory and packaging materials.
• Keep the packing and shipping areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Update order status and tracking information in our order management system.
• Help with returns, reships, and cycle counts as needed.
• Pitch in on other fulfillment and warehouse tasks during peak periods

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, retail, or shipping
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipping processes
• Experience with gift packing, kitting, or custom packaging
• Knowledge of wholesale requirements such as retailer labeling
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and pay close attention to accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working under deadline pressure
• Clear, professional communication with managers and teammates
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak season

Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Shopify, NetSuite, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order, or shipping software)

Physical Demands

• Ability to regularly lift-up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing and walking.
• Must be able to work in conditions that are impacted by weather and climate.
• Must be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations.
• Vision abilities are critical and include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work in an environment where noise level is usually moderate.
• Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms; below, at and above the waistline
