We are a leading company in the distribution of biodegradable disposable products, including plates, cups, straws, and eco-friendly bags. Our mission is to provide sustainable alternatives to single-use plastic, partnering with major retailers, restaurants, and entertainment companies across the United States.
What Are We Looking For?
A results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist with a proven track record in B2B sales within the disposable products industry or related sectors. This individual will lead commercial expansion in multiple regions and play a key role in building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new B2B opportunities in sectors such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, and corporate.
• Lead market development initiatives across Texas, Arizona, California, and Nevada.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Deliver effective sales presentations (both virtual and in-person) to decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close high-value commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of the disposable products sector or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, key account management, and regional expansion.
• Solid understanding of the disposable product market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Texas and occasionally to Arizona, California, and Nevada.
Compensation (USD):
• Gross monthly salary: $5,100.00
• Estimated net monthly salary: $4,006.85
• Estimated net annual salary: $48,082.20
Note: Commissions are not included in this breakdown and will be defined based on performance.
