Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Corporate Sales Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for our growing sales organization. This full-time in-office role requires partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates from first contact to close.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with uncapped monthly bonuses, strong benefits, and a collaborative culture that values results and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven success sourcing and closing top performers.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process—sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and align on business needs.
• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals.
• Manage pipeline activity and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Extend offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding.
