Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an entry-level sales teammate to kickstart a rewarding career in a fast-growing digital marketing team. This in-office role at our Downtown Phoenix office features hands-on training designed to build confidence, skills, and results from day one.

You’ll learn the sales process, make outbound calls, tailor solutions for small businesses, and work toward uncapped commissions and clear advancement paths—all with strong coaching and a supportive team that believes in
