ADP - Next Gen HCM is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to join the team!

In this position, you will represent ADP's Next Gen HCM solution, a new market-launching product built in the public cloud and leveraging low code technology. This solution aims to be a disruptive force, offering a more dynamic and engaging HCM experience for clients.

The role involves articulating the value of the ADP technology platform, solution differentiators, and potential business impacts to a large addressable market. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to identify prospects that meet specific requirements and execute sales processes to close new deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large, complex sales opportunities across all aspects of HCM.
  • Collaborate with dedicated business consultants to analyze client needs and assess product fit.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize ADP's CRM to find, track, and manage opportunities.
  • Promote ADP - Next Gen HCM by providing product training to field sellers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to generate demand and new sales activities.
  • Engage with senior leaders within ADP, communicating and collaborating diplomatically and effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the product team, including competitive intelligence and client/prospect input.
  • Work with legal teams to secure signed agreements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel requirements vary and will be necessary to cover large geographic areas.

Performance will be measured against set targets for responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of senior SaaS sales experience across broad geographic regions.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; skills are more important.
  • Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, including developing account plans and securing large national accounts.
  • Proficiency in ADP's hosted/multi-line solutions and understanding of product capabilities versus competitors.
  • Excellent sales, management, communication, and leadership skills without direct authority.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all mediums.
  • Organized with good time management.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong business acumen, maturity, self-confidence, and resilience under pressure.
