ADP is hiring a National Accounts Sales Representative. In this role, you'll identify and develop new prospects with 1,000+ employees, cross-sell solutions to current clients, and close sales effectively, supported by comprehensive sales training, advancement opportunities, and industry-leading compensation, benefits, and awards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve or surpass sales targets.
  2. Implement strategic sales plans.
  3. Develop and execute cold calling strategies to target prospects.
  4. Leverage existing and prospective client networks for referrals.
  5. Maintain strong customer relationships internally and externally.
  6. Align customer needs with ADP products and services.
  7. Cross-sell additional solutions to existing clients.
  8. Build a network with key decision-makers in your territory, both in person and via phone.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
  2. Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree.
  3. Experience meeting sales quotas and exceeding targets.
  4. Background in B2B sales within HCM, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO, or talent management.
  5. Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed quotas.
  6. Proven cold calling and relationship-building skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills across mediums.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and in teams.
  10. Business acumen, confidence, and resilience under pressure.
  11. Strong work ethic and career-oriented mindset.

The salary range is $66,100 - $143,100 annually, with potential additional compensation through bonuses, equity, or commissions. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and more.
