POSITION TITLE: CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION (Base): DELHI
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the building materials or construction industry. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the corporate sector.
- Client Acquisition: Generate business from assigned or new corporate clients through specification and sales.
- Dealer Network: Build and manage corporate dealer networks.
- Issue Resolution: Receive complaints and organize for solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, architects, builders, and construction companies to drive business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or any Graduate; B.E & MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
