Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the building materials or construction industry. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the corporate sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate business from assigned or new corporate clients through specification and sales.
  • Dealer Network: Build and manage corporate dealer networks.
  • Issue Resolution: Receive complaints and organize for solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, architects, builders, and construction companies to drive business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
