Topgolf is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to our Corporate Sales Team. In this key role, you’ll ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Venue Support Center and our venues across the country. You’ll serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, helping drive efficiency, organization, and execution of sales initiatives that directly support our mission to deliver unforgettable experiences for every Player, every time.

This is more than just an administrative position — it's an opportunity to be a strategic partner in driving our sales operations, supporting new venue launches, coordinating high-impact meetings, and shaping the tools and resources our sales team relies on every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, prepare, and deliver materials for bi-weekly national sales calls.

  • Own and maintain a master project calendar for Event & Membership Sales initiatives and rollouts.

  • Coordinate New Venue Opening processes related to Membership and Sales, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to Corporate Sales leadership, including scheduling, communication, and tracking deliverables.

  • Generate and compile monthly and quarterly reports, including sales performance, commissions, and initiative progress, using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain an up-to-date resource library of toolkits and SOPs, ensuring alignment with current sales initiatives and leadership directives.

  • Support the planning and logistics of the annual Sales Conference and National Tradeshows, including venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, and coordination.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Event Sales in a fast-paced environment — hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry experience preferred.

  • 1+ year of CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).

  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

  • Tech-savvy with a knack for creating visually compelling presentations and tracking performance metrics.

  • Proactive, motivated, and collaborative — a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends as needed to support events or key initiatives.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Topgolf, we believe in the power of play and creating unforgettable moments for our guests — and our team. Join a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and people-first thinking, all while having a little fun along the way.
