The Mom Project is excited to support our customer with their search for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join them in a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill requisitions for various openings, including entry-level high-volume roles and niche positions
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process
- Source candidates through active and passive channels in partnership with talent sourcing support
- Conduct phone screenings and skills assessments to qualify candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Advise on interview plans, and coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Provide pipeline reporting on open jobs, including applicant volume, interview progress, job market and salary trends, and pull-through rates
- Compose, monitor, and maintain job postings on multiple platforms
- Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits
- Complete and submit candidate scorecards with interview notes, recommendations, and feedback
- Ensure recruiting processes align with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Host intake meetings with hiring managers to kick off searches, and debrief meetings to review interview feedback
- Meet quarterly goals, including hires, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-fill targets
- Participate in hiring manager interview trainings
- Provide updates to HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance teams regarding requisitions and recruiting progress
- Occasionally represent the company at events, including campus recruiting, meet-ups, and networking sessions
Skills And Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, HR, or sales
- Experience recruiting within the technology, media, or e-commerce industries is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a dynamic and engaging presence
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-directed with initiative and agility to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Experience with Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, or CRM systems
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)
- Experience managing multiple client-facing phone calls daily
- Experience recruiting for roles in marketing, sales, media, HR, finance, accounting, or operations
Hours and Location
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- This role is remote between Eastern and Central time zones
