Job summary

TVH Group seeks a Corporate Recruiter in Olathe, KS for a full-time role. The position is hybrid after 90 days, with 4 days onsite and 1 day work-from-home. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with HR and business leaders, and lead talent initiatives to attract top talent for open roles.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting internal mobility and succession planning in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture.
