Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, including identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions that align with company goals.

  • Ability to create and design job descriptions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with hiring managers and candidates
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software
