Job summary

Loloi Rugs, a leading textile brand based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role partners with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across functions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include creating job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our employer brand

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with experience managing complex interview schedules across multiple departments.
• Confident in negotiating compensation packages and guiding candidates through the offer process.
• Organization comes naturally; able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong track record recruiting top-caliber candidates across various roles.
• Ability to interact with all levels and project a positive image of the company.
• Maintain tact and confidentiality in all recruiting activities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end and manage duties reliably.
• Build long-term relationships with Hiring Managers to support ongoing collaboration.
• Create, edit, and publish job postings.
• Identify suitable candidates through diverse sourcing techniques.
• Review applications and resumes from multiple sources.
• Conduct phone/virtual screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Provide interview notes and feedback to stakeholders.
• Organize interview processes across departments and schedule meetings.
• Research and recommend new candidate sources and partnerships.
• Maintain and update internal Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Build the company’s professional network through colleges, job fairs, and partners.
• Develop a pipeline of passive qualified candidates for future openings.

This is an onsite, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) role in Dallas, TX.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team for both Loloi Rugs & Joon Loloi. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes are top priorities. This role requires someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, proactive in sourcing both active and passive candidates, and committed to representing our employer brand with professionalism and integrity throughout the recruiting process. This role will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition for Loloi Rugs & Joon Loloi.

Responsibilities:

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle and own your respective duties and responsibilities
• Establish and maintain communication and rapport with Hiring Managers to encourage a long-term working relationship
• Create, edit, and publish job postings
• Identify suitable candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
• Review incoming applicants and resumes from different sources
• Conduct phone/virtual screens with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements and company fit/add
• Provide interview notes and feedback
• Organize interview process for candidates and open positions across departments, schedule meetings, interviews, etc.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Update and maintain internal systems
• Build the company's professional network through relationships with colleges, job fairs, and other partners
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, building a network of passive qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience is required, in-house preferred
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing complex interview schedules across multiple departments, including both virtual and onsite interviews
• Confident in negotiating compensation packages and guiding candidates through the offer process. You know how to present offers thoughtfully, navigate objections, and create win-win outcomes for both the candidate and the business.
• Organization comes naturally to you—you thrive on staying prepared, managing competing priorities, and ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly
• Strong passion and proven track record of recruiting top caliber candidates for a wide range of positions
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and project a strong and positive image of the company
• Highly professional and the ability to maintain tact and confidentiality
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, human resources, or related field
