Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Remedy is an independent, full-service healthcare real estate company providing acquisition, development, leasing, management, and strategy consulting services across the United States. Headquartered in Chicago, we are the largest private owner of healthcare properties in the country. Our national presence enables us to offer the right solutions in the right place. Our team is always thinking ahead—real estate minds trained on where healthcare is going, with bright ideas on how to get our clients there. If you’re one of those bright minds, we’d like to meet you.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing across our expanding national footprint. Reporting into HR leadership, this position is responsible for driving candidate pipeline, building strong relationships with hiring managers, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate will bring approximately 5 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting across multiple U.S. markets, a proactive sourcing mindset, and the agility to manage volume hiring while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and culture fit.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and deliver high-caliber candidates across diverse functional areas, ranging from corporate professional roles to regional field/property management positions across the U.S.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, align on candidate criteria, and set expectations for interview timelines.
  • Proactive Sourcing Strategy: Utilize direct sourcing, networking, specialized job boards, referral channels, and creative search methods to build active and passive candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Employer Branding & Marketing: Draft and post engaging job requisitions, manage postings across relevant platforms, and represent Remedy’s brand and culture to prospective talent.
  • Process Management & Logistics: Coordinate interview scheduling, conduct initial screening conversations, facilitate feedback sessions with hiring teams, administer pre-employment screenings, and coordinate reference checks.
  • Offer & Onboarding Coordination: Assist with compensation alignment, extend verbal and written job offers, manage candidate negotiations, and partner with the broader HR team to ensure seamless handoffs into onboarding.
  • Recruiting Analytics: Track, maintain, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline strength, offer acceptance rates) to continually optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Vendor & Contingent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external staffing agencies or temporary placement vendors as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide active support on talent retention ideas, university outreach, candidate experience initiatives, and general HR team projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Approximately 5 years of dedicated full-cycle corporate recruiting experience supporting nationwide corporate and/or multi-location business operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, standard job boards, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with candidates and internal leadership.
  • Organization & Execution: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple open requisitions concurrently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and fair hiring practices affecting recruitment across multiple states.
  • Flexibility: A collaborative team-player mindset with a willingness to support broader HR department initiatives and cross-train as needed.
  • Salary Range: TBD based on experience, plus standard benefits and bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits Package: Competitive health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (including spouse & child), 401(k), STD/LTD, Parental Leave, AD&D, Tuition Reimbursement, and Commuter benefits.
