A rapidly growing service company in Washington, DC is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent sourcing efforts and enhance the overall candidate experience. This role offers a chance to significantly influence the recruiting strategy during a critical growth phase. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting and a track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments. The position operates on a hybrid schedule; in-office 3 days a week is required.

Mosaic Service Partners is a newly formed home services aggregator strategy backed by Alpine Investor’s 9th fund, which has over $4.5 billion of committed capital. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in helping build the talent function of a company with a clear mandate to scale to over $500 million in revenue within the next five years. Mosaic Service Partners is seeking to be the market-leading business in its specific vertical, building on Alpine’s existing success elsewhere in residential services. The goal of Mosaic Service Partners is to help drive growth at its operating companies by providing support resources across talent, sales and marketing, finance, HR, etc. while still empowering local leaders to make the right decisions for their business and people.
While Mosaic Service Partners is a newly launched business, its institutional support and committed capital from Alpine, deal sourcing and execution resources, and experienced management team provide a strong competitive advantage. This will allow the company to deploy a rapid M&A growth strategy, which are unique characteristics for an early-stage firm. Mosaic is looking to hire individuals who understand the “build”, are willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard across many lanes and are excited by the opportunity to create an industry-leading platform from its inception.
As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for upholding Mosaic’s high talent bar as we experience exponential growth. This person will lead talent sourcing efforts, own interview coordinating, and partner closely with our leadership team at the Brand Partner level. This is an opportunity to be a highly valued member of a dynamic team where no task is too big nor too small. The focus for this role is mainly on building out GTM talent at different brand partner locations.
