Amundsen Davis is seeking an associate attorney for the Chicago office with a minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and real estate. A background in in-house work is a plus.

You will draft corporate agreements, review title, and prepare real estate documents, with interest in public financing in real estate development a bonus. Must be licensed in IL/IN/MI/WI and highly organized.
