Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager to oversee all facilities management for a corporate footprint. The role operates with minimal supervision to develop procedures and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities include customer service leadership, strategic planning and portfolio reporting, vendor oversight, budgeting, health and safety management, and driving cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three (3) years of related experience are required.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider is a plus.

Job Description:

At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facilities management for assigned footprint of corporate real estate organization. This position acts with minimal supervision to develop procedures and determine methods for achieving objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for quality customer service, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting
• Monitors vendor services
• Maintains budgets
• Manages health/safety environmental issues
• Achieves cost efficiencies

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Three (3)years of related experience

Preferences

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider

• Ability to learn additional systems as needed
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $63,509.88 USD

Median: $86,659.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
