Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

We’re hiring a Corporate Quality Manager to lead enterprise-level quality initiatives, manage internal and customer audits, and support consistent product performance across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the corporate plan for continuous quality improvement
• Develop and support site Quality Managers to ensure consistent product standards
• Oversee quality audits and corrective action processes
• Collaborate with customers to resolve quality issues and lead technical discussions
• Monitor product quality against contract specifications
• Identify and implement training initiatives to strengthen quality systems across operations and maintenance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mining, or a related field
• 10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (coal processing).
• Strong background in customer-facing supplier quality
• Proficiency in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and ASTM standards

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in heavy industry or materials-based manufacturing
• ISO 9001 certification and audit management experience
• Knowledge of raw material behavior in production environments
