Position: Corporate Project Manager / Evergreen Program Lead. The role sits at the center of Millcraft’s growth and operational excellence strategy. The successful candidate will embed discipline, scalability, and sustainability across the organization and work in-office regularly to collaborate with peers and maintain communication and project practices.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with individual project managers on a portfolio of high-impact continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive M&A integration execution (acquisitions, consolidations)
  • Lead new facility / location expansion projects
  • Ensure all initiatives deliver repeatable, measurable financial outcomes (GP$, EBITDA, cost savings)
  • Lead end-to-end execution of new site launches, relocations, and expansions, including facility selection, layout design, workflow optimization, equipment relocation/installation/commissioning, staffing models, and ramp-up planning
  • Act as primary point of coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure operational readiness at go-live (process flow design, safety/compliance readiness, inventory positioning, logistics setup)
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives across pricing, margin expansion, supply chain and inventory optimization, distribution network optimization, and sales/commercial models
  • Develop structured project plans (scope, timelines, milestones, budget, resourcing, risks and contingencies) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Implement stage-gate governance and formal project charters with measurable success metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure seamless integration
  • Lead technology enablement using Microsoft D365 and AI/automation tools to support scalable processes

  • Continuous Improvement Program financial impact (savings, GP$, EBITDA)

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–15+ years of experience in:
  • Project Management
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement / Operations
  • M&A integration or large-scale operational transformation
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-site initiatives
Preferred
  • Experience in distribution, supply chain, or industrial environments
  • Experience leading facility startup, relocation, or consolidation projects
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
  • Organized and detail-oriented; capable of tracking what matters, following up, and keeping documentation current
  • Comfort working in a Windows/Microsoft 365 environment (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Consistent follow-up and proactive communication with team, peers, and management
  • Reliable time management and ability to work on-site regularly (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and document learning
