What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support 2-3 complex engagements, ensuring high-impact delivery within agreed-upon timelines
- Manage client relationships and oversee service delivery to ensure engagement success
- Support the service delivery of large and complicated new engagements as requested
- Contribute to projects aimed at updating systems or processes core to daily operations
- Attend team meetings and provide updates as requested by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the nonprofit, corporate, consulting, or related sectors
- Experience in client or external stakeholder management
