Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is seeking a Corporate Pilot to ensure safe and efficient flight operations, primarily to Nevada properties and nearby destinations. The role supports a three-pilot crew with occasional on-site aircraft stays as needed.

The ideal candidate has PIC experience in jets, a valid U.S. passport, and a willingness to relocate. The position requires full-time availability with a commitment to safety and adherence to FAA regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have valid U.S. passport.
• First or second-class medical certification required.
• MEL/ATP license preferred; A&P certification a plus.
• 50–100 hours in Citation XLS or other jet type rating preferred.
• PIC: 3,000 TT, 500 jet or turbine highly recommended.
• Must be available for a full-time shift.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-captain and command Citation XLS in a Part 91 environment; supervise flight crew.
• Be accountable for passengers', crew's and aircraft's safety and well-being.
• Report any concerns to the Chief Pilot.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the flight department.

Job description

The Corporate Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an aircraft, while in compliance with all applicable FAA regulations, rules, directives, aircraft flight manuals and company procedures and policies. Majority of the trips are between properties in Nevada and other surrounding destinations. The flight team consists of a three-pilot crew including the Chief Pilot. Pilots are home almost every night; however, it may be necessary to stay with the aircraft on occasion

Duties:

• Required to serve as co-captain and command Citation XLS in a part 91 environment.
• Accountable for the well-being of the passengers, crew and aircraft.
• Report to Chief pilot with any concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
