Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Corporate Payroll Coordinator to manage and streamline payroll processing across the organization.

Under general supervision, you will ensure timely, accurate pay and act as the liaison between facility payroll staff and HR, resolving issues and supporting decision‑making. You should bring hands-on experience with ADP or Ceridian payroll systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to audit data and maintain payroll records.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an Associate degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Three to five years of payroll experience; multi-facility manufacturing preferred.
• ADP payroll processing experience preferred.
• CPP certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process payrolls; ensure timely and accurate pay.
• Liaise with facility payroll staff; answer questions and facilitate decisions.
• Set up and maintain payroll data, codes, and tax rules with vendors.
• Investigate discrepancies; reconcile payroll data and payments.
• Backup timekeeping/time attendance module administration as needed.
• Prepare payroll reports for managers and audits; monitor accuracy.
